IPTV Harmony – DMCA / Copyright Compliance Page
1 . Our Role & Disclaimer
IPTV Harmony does not host, stream, retransmit, or broadcast any television channels, films, or other copyrighted works from its own servers.
We also do not supply M3U playlists, login credentials, decryption keys, or similar resources.
Content visible on iptvharmony.net is limited to:
original marketing text, pricing information, and blog articles created by our team

publicly available embeds (e.g., YouTube trailers) that remain under the control of the source platform
We are therefore an “online service provider” (OSP) as defined in 17 U.S.C. § 512 and comparable international statutes.
2 . Respect for Intellectual-Property Rights
We take copyright infringement allegations seriously. It is our policy to:
respond promptly to properly formatted notices of alleged infringement
remove or disable access to content that is the subject of a valid notice
terminate repeat infringers’ access to our services

“I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

Important: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
4 . Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification that meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Upon receipt, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files an action seeking a court order within the statutory period.
5 . Repeat-Infringer Policy
Accounts or individuals determined to be repeat infringers will have their access to IPTV Harmony services terminated, in accordance with the DMCA and our internal policies.
