Refund Policy

At IPTV HARMONY, we are committed to delivering premium IPTV services and responsive support. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy to protect both our clients and our service integrity.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted only when the IPTV service has completely stopped working, and no backup solution (such as another server, rerouting, or workaround) has been provided within 3 calendar days of your first support request.

Our resolution efforts include:

Offering alternative server access
Providing IP rerouting options to bypass ISP blocks
Assisting with device reconfiguration or setup

Refunds are only considered if service remains non-functional beyond 3 days after these resolution attempts.

Non-Refundable Subscriptions

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

1-Month Plans — All 1-month plans are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
App/Device Incompatibility — No refund if the service doesn't work on specific unsupported apps.
User Misconfiguration — No refund if setup errors or unsupported devices caused the issue.
ISP Blocking — No refund if working alternatives (VPN, proxy, reroute) were already provided.
Trial Orders and Expired Plans — Free trials or expired subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstance.
